Regan McGovern, PA-C

Regan McGovern, PA-C, is a dedicated healthcare professional who is an inpatient Physician Assistant in Atlanta. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences with a minor in Spanish from the University of Georgia. During her undergraduate years, she gained valuable experience working in a Dementia and Memory Care Unit. Following graduation, she served as a Medical Assistant for a Dermatology and Moh’s Surgery practice, honing her skills in patient care.

Regan continued her medical education at Augusta University, where she earned her Master of Physician Assistant degree and was honored with a Service Award. After completing her PA program, she spent a year working at an Urgent Care center, providing patients with a wide range of medical services.

Passionate about making a difference in the lives of her patients, Regan chose a career as a Physician Assistant to help others, ease their concerns during difficult times, and treat each patient with the same care and attention as she would her own family. She is currently pending approval from the American Urology Association and is a member of the Georgia Association of Physician Assistants (GAPA).

At Georgia Urology, Regan will be responsible for handling inpatient consults and rounding on pre-op and post-op patients at Northside Hospital. With a strong commitment to patient care and a love for sports, travel, and spending time with her family, Regan is excited to bring her skills and compassionate approach to the team at Georgia Urology.

In her free time, she enjoys cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs, traveling, cooking, and playing golf. A fun fact about Regan is that she is a black belt in karate, showcasing her dedication and discipline in all aspects of her life.
