Caroline Lu, M.D. is an Atlanta native. She graduated with honors from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Lu received her doctorate from the Medical College of Georgia, where she was inducted into the Gold Humanism Honor Society. She completed an internship in general surgery and a residency in urology at Atrium Health Carolinas Medical Center.
Dr. Lu’s scholarly contributions have been recognized in leading publications, including the Journal of Urology. Additionally, her work has been awarded at regional and national conventions across the United States. Dr. Lu is a member of the American Urology Association, the American Medical Association, and the Society of Women in Urology.
Specializing in general urology and in minimally invasive and robotic surgeries, Dr. Lu treats benign prostatic hyperplasia, kidney stones, sexual health issues, urological cancers, and erectile dysfunction.

In her spare time, Dr. Lu enjoys cooking, traveling, playing tennis, art, and spending time with her family and her dog, Lady.
