Adity started her healthcare career as a registered nurse after receiving her associate’s degree in nursing. In 2014, Adity graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in nursing from Walden University. In 2021, she graduated with a Master of Science in nursing, specializing in adult-gerontology acute care, from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Throughout her career, she has taken part in different facets of healthcare services from bedside nursing to operational leadership advocating for patients and their families.
She worked in nursing leadership as a clinical supervisor managing post-surgical urology patients at Northside Hospital Atlanta. Adity was a valuable member of the nursing leadership team responsible for promoting and maintaining a consistent high patient satisfaction score.
She was nominated for Northside Hospital System’s prestigious Clinical Excellence Award.
Adity participates in different community outreach programs providing basic medical care to the geriatric population. She loves volunteering and promoting diversity. Adity says she feels humble to offer her services to the Missionaries of Charity founded by Saint Mother Teresa in Calcutta, India. She tries to live by the famous quote from Florence Nightingale: “Live life when you have it. Life is a splendid gift — there is nothing small about it.”
She works at Georgia Urology’s Lawrenceville, Duluth, and Snellville offices.
